Thank you for shopping with EVOO Sihate Singapore. We strive to provide you with high-quality extra virgin olive oil and excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns only for items that are:

  • Incorrect or damaged upon delivery
  • Received in defective condition
  • Not as described

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

Please email us at [your support email] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Reason for return

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. No Returns / Refunds For:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery
  • Sale or clearance items

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Shipping Your Return

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
